SenseiDesk supports GCash, bank transfer logging, and manual cash entries. Card payments via Maya or Stripe can be enabled as add-ons.
Nothing to install for the web portal: SenseiDesk runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. For the full mobile experience, parents, students, coaches and admins can also download the SenseiDesk app on the App Store or Google Play.
Your monthly bill is a flat rate based on your active student count. Club (up to 20 students) is ₱1,500/mo. Until December 31, 2026 a promo rate applies to Starter (21–40) at ₱2,000/mo, Growth (41–70) at ₱2,500/mo, and Standard (71–180) at ₱3,000/mo, each ₱500 off the regular rate. Enterprise (181+) is quoted per gym. All plans include every feature. Your first 30 days are completely free.
